- I wouldn't call the content on this site porn, so what is this rating really? It's basically how well I think the site sticks to it's subject: Teasing without crossing the line.
- Pictures are super, and videos are super resolution. 5 points lost because the only thing that is super about the videos is the resolution.
- Huge archive, frequent updates.
- 2-4 new picture sets per day, and 2-4 new videos per week.
- Updates are out just like promised, on average, but not consistently. Some days you only get 2 updates, but it is made up for another day with 4 updates...
- Clean and works. Everything is clearly thumbnailed, and some things can even be customized.
- It takes a bit too many clicks to get around sometimes, and a few of the features are very unprofessionally designed.
My opinion
Ok, before we get started: If you're looking for porn then don't waste your time reading this review.
Defining the sites purpose:
This site is a category on it's own, and I think it needs defining as no standard term that I'm familiar with will cover it.
I'm very reluctant to call the content on this site porn in the traditional sense. Without claiming to be any kind of expert in the english language I think erotica would describe it pretty well... To narrow it down a bit more: It's really all in the name, "Only Tease". This site is about teasing, in an erotic or sensual way, without ever crossing the line to anything explicit. Personally I have never seen a paysite this clean, clean meaning softcore. At a glance most pictures will look like the lingerie magazines from department stores.
I think there is just a little bit more to it than that. Firstly the girls are more or less all incredibly hot. Secondly they understand how to look sexy, and really tease you, even when they're fully dressed. The site is also about the many different outfits that they wear. Basically it's about the details. About crossing the line from just wearing the clothes, to making the clothes look sensual, and without crossing the line to sexual.
While reading the forum I ran into this comment which I think describes it very well: "That stuff (hardcore porn), available all over the net, seems exciting at first, but gets drab and boring after awhile. -Understanding how to tease a man requires much greater beauty and skill than does just undressing and doing nature's bidding."
How well does it fulfill this purpose?
With the goal being "teasing without crossing" the line, I think the picture sets are really good, while the videos completely miss. The videos are mostly shot as behind the scenes at picture shoots, and that takes out all of the magic in the pictures. Between the flashes the girls look grumpy or simply confused, and you see them talking, but the sound is replaced with some acid-, house-, techno- or "whatever-it's-called"-music. That further obstructs the value of a good behind the scenes video.
As far as the pictures go they're good though. A set usually starts with the model fully dressed in one of the many outfits that are featured. To list a few of the more common: French maid, school girl, cheer leader, nurse, military- and other uniforms. Some feature just lingerie: Stockings, pantyhose, basque. The models slowly undress over the entire shoot, and end usually end out wearing only panties. A minority of shoots feature full nudity.
Most models are teens, or at least young-looking. Every model on the site is supposed to be british, since you never hear them talk it is hard to judge if this is true or not, but they look like they could be :)
Some of the older sets are non-exclusive, which means they weren't produced by or for this site, and most of those feature pussy close ups. I saw one with a vibrator, and even one set where there was a guy involved, and it included cum-shots. This is a very, very small portion of the content, I mention it because it falls so far from the purpose of the site.

You can rate almost anything on this site, and I think they pay very close attention to the requests of their members, as long as those requests are within the sites "concept"... In other words you can request more of a model, or more updates with a specific outfit, but forget about getting them to do anything more hardcore than taking of the underwear.
Technical quality of the pictures is top-notch, they're in focus, well-lit and high resolution, 2048x1365 was the highest I saw, an extreme resolution that allows zooming even in full screen. Newer videos come in resolutions up to 640x480, also very high, they are generally in focus and relatively well lit, but again they are an extra, not what the site is about, and you'll often see closeups of a models arm for 20 seconds when the video-guy isn't paying attention. My advice would be to leave the videos alone.

Conclusion
Keeping in mind what the purpose of the site is, I think it hits the target pretty well. If you are really into being teased sexually without having to watch anything that isn't perfectly clean, then this might just be the site for you. Personally I find the idea of building up sensual energy without releasing it interesting, and yet I still wouldn't call this porn, and I certainly don't see myself "beating the meat" to this site. It might be a cool site to join with your girlfriend or wife and watch the pictures together, building up mood.
Given the fact that there aren't a lot of sites on the web as "clean" as this one, it could be worth a subscription if that is what you're after, I doubt you'll find any site like it.
